2. What Are Cookies?

6. How to Manage or Block Cookies

Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove advertising; it means the advertisements you see are less likely to be based on your browsing history.
- Browser add-ons. Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics, and several independent extensions will block trackers. These tools are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee how any particular one behaves.
Note that opting out does not necessarily delete the cookies already on your device. To remove those, delete them in your browser settings. Note also that advertising may be served to you on the basis of the content of the page you are visiting, or on the basis of your approximate location, even when you have not consented to personalised advertising.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) request. There is still no agreed standard for how a website should respond to it, so dlzer.com does not act on DNT signals. Instead, we rely on the consent banner described above, which lets you refuse statistics and marketing cookies explicitly and at any time. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to stop the sale or sharing of personal data; we do not sell or share personal data in the sense used by that signal, so there is nothing further for us to switch off.

We may update this statement when we add or remove a cookie, when a third-party provider changes how its cookies work, or when the law or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant — for example, if we start using cookies for a purpose we have not used before — we will make that clear, and the consent banner will ask for your preferences again.
